What is the mission of the Position?

To be part of our international business strategy, we are looking for a Demand Generation expert with deep experience in building integrated campaigns for brand awareness as well as deep knowledge and track record with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to work with the Sensedia Global Marketing Team and be part of our overall international and worldwide expansion, mainly focused on the US Market.


What will be your day-to-day activities?

  • Collaborate and help define Global Digital Marketing and Account Based Marketing Standards & Best Practices (ICP, Personas, Target Accounts, Platforms, Campaigns, Sales Qualification Processes, and Data Governance) to support Local Markets (BR, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, and the United States) to reach Demand Generation goals with high performance and efficiency.
  • Running One-to-Many and One-to-Few ABM Campaigns:
  • Conduct Global Integrated Campaigns leveraging our Solutions and Thought leadership, as well as building automatic nurturing flows for engagement and conversion purposes, focusing on delivering engaged Leads to each Local Market (BR, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, and US).
  • Conduct creative Demand Generation campaigns for the US Market to target accounts including creating segmented lists, defining content, and channels, writing creative and relevant messages for each persona, set-up campaigns on the platforms, and tracking results.
  • Contact C-Levels, Managers, and Technology Experts through different channels (emails, calls, videos, LinkedIn, Whatsapp, smoke signals, etc.).
  • Enrich the list of target accounts by mapping new ones based on the ICP criteria.
  • Maintain accurate relationships with the sales team about the campaigns and opportunities.
  • Liaise with the marketing teams to create content and actions according to each buyer's personas from target accounts.
  • Leverage your knowledge of industries and business, especially for banking, insurance, and other key industries, to create compelling content, campaigns, and engagement tactics that entice and attract our ideal customer profile.
  • Analyzes the marketing and sales pipeline with sales and marketing teams in each market to adjust demand gen strategies and programs to hit targets.
  • Data analysis and processes to help the team gain more valuable insights for sales and marketing activities.
  • Amplifies our ABM efforts by posting content to the US / English versions of Facebook, Twitter, LI, Instagram, etc.

What are the mandatory requirements for this position?

  • Native US English professional and a strong verbal and written communicator with at least 5 years of expertise in sales and/or marketing with a focus on demand and lead generation. 
  • Creative and persuasive writer – especially email and ad/landing page content 
  • Be a strong collaborator – you seek input from the team and then execute with an aligned and inclusive plans and tactics. 
  • Experience in B2B demand generation operations, processes, and systems including:  (Inbound / Outbound) | CRM, Marketing | Sales Automation tools (Pipedrive, Hubspot, 6Sense, Outreach, Reply.io, Salesforce) | CSuite Relationship | ZoomInfo |Word |Excel|Google Workspace |BANT Qualification.
  • Understand web-based applications and business/transaction models (i.e. Amazon Prime, banking apps, consumer credit models, online retail, Zelle, Venmo, Plaid, etc.)
  • Social Media Savvy with a strong engagement track record
  • Strong Google Sheet experience. 


What will be the differential requirements for this position?

  • Experience in SaaS or technology companies.
  • Love of multi-national cultures and a desire for driving global growth through strong regional execution.
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus.
